Added spring splash page.
Includes;

1. Link in primary navigation (plus active color state change)
2. Added icons to central icon folder in assets (for future proofing). Left duplicates where they were for backwards compatibility for guides.
3. Added some unused includes for future sub pages that are still in the works.
4. Add ability to create tertiary navigation pages for subgrouping content.
